1. About Us

Al Rafiq Shopping Centre ("we," "us," "our") is a retail business based at Main Bazar, Kharian, Punjab, Pakistan, selling home, kitchen, and lifestyle products online and in-store.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

  • All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or refuse any order at our discretion.
  • We make every effort to display products, colours, and descriptions accurately. However, actual products may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, or supplier changes.
  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order, even if it has been confirmed, and to refund any amount already paid.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once we confirm it (by WhatsApp, call, or message).
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including where we suspect fraud, abuse, repeated Cash on Delivery refusals, or inaccurate information.
  • Order confirmation may require verification via phone or WhatsApp. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.

5. Payment

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and secure payments through our banking partner, Meezan Bank.
  • For COD orders, the exact amount must be paid to the courier at the time of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to require advance payment for certain customers or orders, including where COD has previously been refused.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control once a parcel has been dispatched.

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
  • Products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects only, handled through repair or replacement at our discretion. The warranty does not cover misuse, physical or water damage, power-fluctuation damage, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear.
  • Refunds, where approved, are subject to the conditions, deductions, and timeframes set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • Interfere with the website's security or functionality;
  • Place fraudulent or speculative orders;
  • Copy, reproduce, or misuse our content, images, or branding without permission.

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
  • Appliances must be used strictly in accordance with their instructions and correct voltage. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper installation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kharian / Gujrat District, Punjab, Pakistan.
