Shipping Policy

Al Rafiq Shopping Centre 

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through our trusted logistics partners. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Delivery Coverage

We ship to all major cities and most rural areas across Pakistan through PostEx and Pakistan Post. If your area is not serviceable by our couriers, our team will contact you with available options.

2. Shipping Charges

  • A flat delivery charge is applied at checkout based on your order.
  • Free shipping on orders over Rs 5,000 (within standard serviceable areas).
  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations may carry an additional charge, which we will confirm before dispatch.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Fridays, Sundays, or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Order confirmation may require a quick verification call or WhatsApp message, especially for Cash on Delivery. Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or cancelled.

4. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery is 2–5 working days after dispatch for major cities, and 5–8 working days for remote areas.
  • These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to courier load, weather, regional conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Al Rafiq Shopping Centre is not liable for delays caused by the courier once the parcel has been handed over for dispatch.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible orders. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • Customers must be reachable on the provided phone number. If the courier is unable to contact or locate you, the parcel may be returned.
  • Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for future orders, which will then require advance payment.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS so you can follow your parcel through the courier's system.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a working phone number.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address, wrong number, or unavailability of the customer may incur re-delivery charges, payable by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for non-delivery resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.

8. Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us because it was refused, undeliverable, or the customer was repeatedly unreachable:

  • The original and return shipping costs may be deducted from any future refund or store credit.
  • Re-shipping the order will require the customer to cover delivery charges again.

9. Damaged Parcels in Transit

Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the rider and record an unboxing video before opening. Transit-damage claims are handled under our Return & Refund Policy and require this video as proof.
